SOUND OF YIN YOGA

Karen Simcik will lead you through a yin yoga class with Peter Hess sound bowls placed on the body during poses, ending with a gong bath.

This will be limited to 8 attendees and we will be socially distanced. Masks will be required in and out of the studio, but not on our mats.

• This event is open to anyone who is interested in learning about themselves. 
• No prior yoga experience is needed.  All are welcome. 
• The price of this event is $20.00. 

Karen is are available to present this class in your Yoga Studio, Meditation Center or as private event.  On some occasions Vibhas Kendzia will add to the sound and musical part of the class.
