Yoga Sound Garten is Karen Simcik’s official website, where she is presenting her Classes in Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. She is also available for private individual Yoga Class and Sound Massages with the Peter Hess Sound Bowls.
Karen is also well know for her special events like “The Sound Of Yin,” “Journey through the Chakaras“ and her “Sound Bath“ groups which she presents together with Vibhas Kendzia, a well accomplished musician performing on Native American Flutes and many other instruments. Together they recorded the CD “Mediation with the Sound Bowls,” a 60 minutes long soothing bath with Tibetan Sound Bowls.
